Martel MECP 2000 High Pressure Pneumatic Air Calibration Pump
The Martel MECP-2000 high pressure pneumatic calibration pump is a unique portable air pump that can generate pressures up to 2000 PSIG (140bar) and vacuum to -14 PSIG (-0.9bar). The MECP-2000 employs a unique dual stage pump design where a low pressure, high volume chamber is used to pre-load a secondary high pressure chamber. This allows the pump to reach high pressure quickly and with a minimal amount of effort. The pump arm action stays smooth through the entire pump motion. A precise vernier control allows pressure to be fine tuned with very high resolution. The vernier chamber provides enough range so it can be used to generate low pressures (200" H20 or 500mbar) with no pumping, thus both high and low pressure calibrations work can be done with the Martel MECP-2000 system. Dual ports allow the unit under test and a standard test gauge to be connected at the same time directly to the pump eliminating needless fittings and tubing which just lead to leaks.
